But the shopkeep wouldn't give me a break
I have to buy something but his prices are insane
Try to buy a soda for this hot day
But that wont leave me with enough change
So I bust up his store and adjust the price
Just standing up for my consumer's rights
Calls me a thief but he is the real thief
Charging 85 cents for a soda in '93
One dollar twelve for a six package of donuts (forced change)
And some aspirin costs three forty that is too much (forced change)
Four twenty-nine for a four pack of batteries (forced change)
In fact this whole shelf looks suspect it's all too pricey (forced change)
